This is the worst insurance agency, do not buy insurance here. They will give you the most premium price possible and give you the less coverage policy with higher deductible, then play stupid with you, pretend to help you find a good coverage. And find ways to milk more money out of you. They will stick you with small companies that doesn't pay out. I Shop around so far every insurance company I went to has a batter policy and a cheaper premium. This place is a rip off

I love Chan Insurance Agency. They always proactively reach out to me if there's a change I need to address, and I don't mean an automated portal that sends you a reminder, but they have a real-live person contact you via your preferred method of communication so they can get all the details and handle everything FOR YOU. I've never had an insurance company make things this easy for me before. With other insurance companies, it was pretty impersonal, which I didn't think I minded until I switched to Chan Insurance Agency and realized what a great experience having personalized interactions really is. With my past insurance companies, I dealt with a lot of condescension about my questions and thought that maybe that was just how it was, if I was going to ask naive questions. But Chan Insurance Agency always listens to my questions and never makes me feel dumb for asking. AND they were a LOT more affordable compared to equivalent coverage from my last insurance company, which I had thought had the best rates until I found Chan Insurance Agency! I think there may be some people who hesitate to sign up with a company that so proudly serves the Chinese-American community. Please don't be. You are welcome there regardless of your background. My Chinese is terrible so I only speak to them in English, and there's never been any issue with language. I wish I'd found them sooner, because I could have been saving a ton of money on insurance all these years if I had!

I don't often post review online and when I do. I mean it with sincerity. Henry from Chan insurance has made my transaction when purchasing a new car insurance as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions with expertise. I will definitely continue my business with Chan Insurance.

I've been using this agency for my insurance needs for 2 years. They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to finding the best and most affordable policy for your home and auto. Everything is conveniently done online through email or text messages now. Everything was done in 20 minutes; all I had to do was send photos of my license, registration, and information about my home. but appointments are still available for in person service. They also told me that if I needed to file a claim, I could also call them to help me with filing it.
