Upon arrival, the lady that helped me at the front desk was very nice and sweet! She gave me some paperwork to fill out and then another lady came by who was also very nice, she explained pricing with me just to make sure everything was understood. Then she sat down with me and asked me all the symptoms that my dog was experiencing and she was very thorough. I was taken back into one of the vet rooms and the vet came in, and he was great. I believe his name was Dr. Haver! He had asked me if it was okay if him and his team do the examination in the other room. I had a bad experience with a different vet office before and expressed that to them, so they do 90% of the exam in there and then took her back. Which made me feel so much better. My dog got an anal glad examination done, nail trim, and ear exam and they sent me home with 2 medications. All of it was $118. Which is very good pricing and I’m thankful they care about my dog! We rescheduled for another appointment checkup in 2 weeks.

Wonderful service. Got my puppy spayed & I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Took care of him and it was super affordable compared to other places. Absolutely loved the attention they gave my baby.

The quality of service and animal welfare priorities have decreased. I’ve sent co workers who had bad experiences and now my family did as well. I can’t recommend them any longer for my family. Everyone else have their more positive experiences and you’ll have to try it to find out. This place does have a purpose for good cause. I’m just not a fan of creating havoc on a pets life and covering it up or lack accountability. The only thing I can recommend is to know your pet and their health prior to an appointment. Spend the extra money to do bloodwork but do not feel forced to do more bloodwork immediately after (same day service) your pet was fine then randomly they are not and it’s blamed on something weird. I got a second opinion and it confirms what was being told to me did not add up. My girl is fine now but it scared my family. Shame on staff (physicians) not owning the tasks. You should never be too busy to do what right. I don’t want to be contacted & no follow ups needed to make things right. I’ll never take my little ones here again. Just glad we found a better place. Shame because I wanted to truly add them to my last will and testament based on previous experiences at the former location. In response: I was directed not to return after a second opinion from a Vet ER and then we went to a new veterinarian that helped Jazzy recover. I do not expect you to take any ownership. I will say if my little one came in to be spayed and had no prior medical illness then magically she’s sick an you want to do a new blood panel after not seeing anything on it? I intentionally purchased an extra one because this was her first ever serious medical procedure. Either way nothing can fix this and I encourage each patient to just continue to know and monitor their pets health and document so they do not have to experience the same. I didn’t even address the other issues witnessed with staffing and visitors circumstances. Let it be known we thank you for what you do for others. We just did not have a good experience and have found a new provider. Neglect is just that neglect.

i got my 1st cat from here last year in september and it had been the best experience. they are so friendly , let me meet all the cats til i found the perfect one. they also let me bring him back in to see them and get weighed when i picked up his flea meds. he is now a year old , going to be 2 in april and he’s the best ever. 🩵

I took my cat Goose here for her spay because everywhere else was quoting to high. Finding this place was a miracle, the staff was kind, and very informative about the whole process. we checked in and dropped her off at 7 and came back around 3 30 to pick her up and pay and the total was less than $100. I really appreciate how smooth everything went and how knowledgeable everyone there was.
