Extremely slow and unprofessional service I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I contacted them on February 13th and provided all my detailed insurance documents by February 18th to get quotes for my home and several vehicles. Despite following up, I did not receive a single quote for nearly two weeks. While they were quick to ask how I heard about them, they were incredibly slow to actually perform the work. In contrast, another local agency provided comprehensive quotes within just 24 hours. If you value your time and expect professional responsiveness, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have officially canceled my request due to their lack of communication and efficiency.

Rudolph and his team made getting business insurance easy. I appreciate all their help they worked with me through an extremely busy schedule were non pushy and got me the coverage I needed exactly for what the contracts I have in place require. Will be using cedar oak for all my insurance needs going forward.
