Tony Hattar has very efficient and knowledgeable. He always responds to our questions and resolves any problems. He will always tell us when he sees an issue and explains the different choices we have. We always ask for him as we know he is going to do a great job. He performed our semi annual service on the HVAC. He recommended we replace our HVAC and explained everything to us and left it to us. He did not pressure us. We decided to have it replaced. On this call there was no fee as we a service contract. He did tell us what our cost would be for the new HVAC and we accepted.

Joining in on the fun, without reservation, to submit an awesome review for Bryce, who installed my (long overdue) water heater! The old one was VINTAGE, to say the least! Bryce was personable, knowledgeable, informative and thorough and may I mention, his taste in music was on point and made my day!! Thank you, Bryce!

Our previous plumber transitioned to semi-retired and we ended up with an urgent issue. Called in the C&C Myers and promptly got a pleasant human to speak to. Even as a new customer after a rare winter storm, dispatch had Aubrey on the way promptly. Communications were excellent and detailed. I was not able to be onsite for the work but everything was explained and afterwards things were exactly as described. Quote and invoice were delivered in a timely fashion and were easy to understand. Aubrey identified the issue and was able to quickly locate and stop the leak. I was presented with several options for additional work but never felt pressured to add anything other than capping off the busted lines. Overall great experience provided and we will use C&C Myers again when the next thing breaks.

Jonathan arrived promptly and explained the issue clearly. He was respectful, kept the workspace tidy, and took extra care to protect our bathroom fixtures. He identified the clog in our shower/toilet line quickly and used a method that saved us both time and money—nothing unnecessary. Throughout the job he stayed friendly, answered our questions, and left everything clean. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines solid expertise with such a considerate attitude. We’ll definitely call him again if we need plumbing work and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Vanity and sink install. Service was good, price was good. Scheduling was a bit of a pain and not always stuck to in terms of showing up on time but the final products i am very happy with the quality and attentiveness
