I had damaged my side view mirror on my older vehicle. I know how expensive body repairs can be but I wanted to check out the cost anyway. After stopping by the Carstar shop, Pete gave me a written estimate which was less than I thought it would be. I gave him my approval, he ordered the part, had it painted and they installed it in less than a week. I'm very pleased with how promptly the shop got the new part ready and installed on my car. Final price was even about $30 less than quoted. I'll definitely go back there with any future needs.

Great service at Carstar. They fixed some lower paneling on my drivers’ side door. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and courteous. They even detailed my car when everything was done. Highly recommend Carstar NW. thank you!!

My truck unfortunately was the victim of a hit and run, likely when I went to a parking lot somewhere in town, so I made an insurance claim because I knew the damage was pretty bad. I called AAA insurance and CarStar was one of their recommended repair shops, so I decided to go to this location because it's close to my house. CarStar had my truck for a little over a week, but they were super responsive throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the paint when they were doing the repair, so they had to repaint the box where the damage happened, but they immediately let me know via text (which by the way, I love that you can select the option to have them text instead of call). Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my dumb questions. Oh and Enterprise wasn't showing up to drop my rental off for me so I had a vehicle, so one of the guys at CarStar was kind enough to drop me off at Enterprise to get my car! This was completely unnecessary, but really appreciated. Lastly, when I went to pick my truck up from this location, I was amazed at how well they cleaned my truck. It was so clean you could eat off of it, and they even cleaned the INSIDE of my truck too! The entire process was really easy and the process with the insurance company was seamless and not stressful at all. I'll definitely be bringing my truck back here if I get into another fender bender! Thank you for the good experience, CarStar!

I can not recommend CarStar Northwest enough. Everything from the quality of work on my car, the daily/weekly updates, the help coordinating with the rental company and overall customer service was simply outstanding. I highly encourage using this location for any car repairs you might have

I took my truck in for an insurance claim when a neighbor's tree branch fell on my truck, and I couldn't be happier with Carstar! They made it easy to schedule an appointment, and arranged for me to get a rental while repairs were being done. The damage ended up being more extensive than originally estimated but they kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. My truck was done a few days earlier than the estimate, so that's a plus, and it looked like new! The tailgate even works better than it had before, so they have far exceeded my expectations and will definitely get any return business if the need arises.
