Brought my car in the other day for a minor scratch that i needed repaired. Todd Stanley inspected my car and decided he could take care of it and have me on my way in about 10 minutes. Not only did he take care of the scratch, he even took care of 2 other spots that he happened to notice. Great customer service and super friendly. I needed some advice on how to get rid of a small door dent scratch on the passenger door of my vehicle. Before going to CARSTAR, I attempted to cover up the dent with a touch-up pen that I purchased online. Well, needless to say, it didn't turned out as I had anticipated. I did a quick google review to see if there were any auto body paint shops in the Short Pump area. I wanted a shop that was honest since as a woman, I have had horrible experiences where the employees will try to "sell or upcharge excessive fees to me." I read the stellar reviews online and I was impressed, so I decided to drop by on Thursday, August 28, 2025, to ask for assistance and possibly an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the scratch. I met Daniel Campbell, who was extremely kind and helpful. He even advised me the next time I attempt to put anything on my car to stop by and speak to him first. Daniel ended up buffing the spot and even touched up the small scratches throughout the vehicle. In this age and day, it is such a rarity for this type of kindness and integrity. This place is a gem and I highly recommend using their services.

The collision center had impressive reviews across the board — I can attest they absolutely deliver above and beyond what people are saying here! I came to Daniel and the team after doing some research through Subaru for a certified body shop for my brand new 2024 Outback Wilderness that was involved in an accident late August. I was contacted bi-weekly (sometimes more if there was important updates!) throughout the entire process letting me know how everything was going. Daniel worked tirelessly to battle insurance even when things got fustrating and pushback occurred. I was back in my vehicle just shy of 2 months of my accidentl and incredibly thrilled with the work done! You’d never know looking at the exterior of the vehicle anything was done! I already referred a friend to use this business, but I highly encourage any car owner to trust these guys to get you back on the road safely! I’ve attached some before and afters!
