Hi all future customers looking for genuine feedback of this company. I just want to make people aware that a number of recent reviews being posted about Carsmetics do not relate to genuine work carried out by the company at all. If you look through the recent “bad” fake reviews there is a clear pattern and those images and claims being shared are not connected to vehicles carsmetics have ever worked on. This is a long standing reliable family business that I’ve known for a very long time. Regarding these fake reviews, they stem from a separate issue that has absolutely nothing to do with carsmetics or the quality of service or workmanship provided by this business. They have always taken pride in their work and in treating customers fairly and reviews should reflect real customer experiences only and not personal vendettas. - thank you to those who continue to support honest local businesses!

Can’t promote these guys enough. 10/10 service, The friendly staff helped me with my Toyota Yaris, attaching my bumper after it fell off. Without hesitation they sorted it straight away and are sorting ordering new mud guards. I would highly recommend them for there services. Great service from Connor, Ralph another lad and of course the Manager chap for getting them to help me👏🏼

Amazing service from the team! I bumped into a concrete carpark barrier just before I was about to trade my car in, which has left some serious scratches and dents. Took it to Carsmetics, they gave me a very reasonable quote straight away. Booked my car in and they managed to fix it within a day. Also gave me a free curtsey car which was handy. They've done such a brilliant job, when I collected the car I literally couldn't find where I've damaged it! The lads there are all really helpful and polite. 5 star, highly recommend!!

Amazing work by the team, I couldn’t believe how good my car looked after they were finished! Photos don’t do it justice. There was considerable damage (big scrape and dent) but it looks good as new, and they even polished the whole car. Really nice and polite guys to interact with, sorted me a courtesy car and had the job done really quickly. I was really impressed with the price as well, and was pleased that I could get a quote so easily before booking. 10/10 service start to finish, I’d highly recommend.
