I was moving back to the US after a very long time living abroad, and the most dreaded task I faced was reentering America's notorious health care system in all its fearsomeness and complexity. I first picked Carolina Insurance Professionals over their regional competitors based on their website. It just had all the right qualities (e.g. professional, and made with care), and I liked the look of their team photo as well. Then, a well-handled preliminary call clinched it for me. The only other place I contacted was using an AI phone system, an immediate turn-off. When it came for the actual service, Ronée Greene handled my case and was beyond amazing. She couldn't have been more knowledgeable, well-spoken, and patient! Because of her many years of experience, she even was able to give me a historical sense of how the industry has changed since I'd departed the U.S. She answered all my questions, explained things thoroughly, and found me a plan and a rate that was nearly 10x less expensive than I'd anticipated. I haven't used my insurance yet, but I believe Carolina Insurance Professionals put me in the best spot possible, and I'm so very grateful for their wonderful service. Thanks again Ronée!
