Had an electrical and HVAC maintenance appointment. Nathan, Jack, and Avery were all fantastic—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They walked me through several service options to fit my needs and clearly explained pricing, discounts, and promotions. They did great work. Really appreciate their service. Highly recommend.

Had yearly service checkups done. Price was included in the price I paid a year ago to have a new furnace & AC installed. Service was excellent. Jack my technician communicated clearly and efficiently when to expect him and he arrived as communicated! He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and looking for as he went! He even showed me photos of the inside of my unit! He helped me also find the correct air filter for my furnace at a reasonable price. He also explained other air quality options available for allergies and sent me a quote for such! I cannot recommend this company high enough! Thank you Jack and Capital!

Over the year's, I came to the conclusion that Capital is the Best. But I need to say when an Employee is Better than The company it needs to be noted And Told. I first met technician Colin 3 years ago for service call I thought He was fantastic then ,Not Only his professionalism, or his kindness or that He explains everything He is. Extremely knowledgeable. I could go more into detail. I requested Him After the First Job ,But was unavailable We were lucky to get him Today. He's Capital ,Heating , Cooling Biggest Asset And more than The Company itself I recommend him to Anyone.You" ll See ,He's The Best And I'm a Fan :-) And that's saying Something. This is a highly unethical company. READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. I hired them to clean our ducts and it came with a free furnace check up. The furnace guy gave me a total BS story about our 3-year old furnace being at the end of its life because of an air pressure imbalance. He called his boss who sent a super slimy sales guy out to our house at dinner time. He was at our house for hours trying to sell us $7000 of new air ducts that we don’t need. These guys were at our house almost the entire day. They showed us pictures of “the inside of our furnace” showing burn marks, tried to scare us into thinking we’re close to a carbon monoxide leak— turns out our furnace is smart enough to shut off in the event of burning so these pictures were fake/ not our furnace. I’m disgusted! The next day I noticed they had cut numerous holes in our furnace and hadn’t plugged them up. I fortunately called our local furnace company who originally installed our unit— I told him that we’d just been told we need $7K of new ductwork and he guessed it was Capital! — and he gave me a laundry list of horror stories from clients of his that have at one time used Capital — stories and pictures of them sabotaging people’s furnaces to make them stop working! BUYER BEWARE.
