Camp Bow Wow South Salt Lake

I’ve brought my dogs here a couple times and haven’t had any issues. Recently we picked them up on Friday the 27th from daycare and everything seemed fine. It wasn’t till I got home that I noticed a deep bite wound on my dogs snout. I immediately called camp to try and get some information. I Was told they would check the cameras and I’d get a call back later that day, I didn’t hear back from them. I called back the next day to see if there was an update. I was told they would check the cameras and call me back. Still no response from them that day. When I called Monday I was told a manager was trying to get all the info and that I would receive a call back. Still no update, I’ve called daily and have either been sent to voicemail or have been told that a manager would call me back. It has now been a week since the incident and have gotten no help and no answers. For such a simple incident and lack of response or care from camp bow wow I can’t recommend anyone to trust them to take care of your animals.

Alyssa is the best!!! My dog is super anxious and literally from our interview was amazed by her just over all respect and compassion for not just us as owners but our dogs individually!!! She gave us amazing feed back the first day and very much educated me on everything that could possibly go wrong and how they prevent it. I appreciate how the camp cares and the people who work genuinely have a love for dogs! Will be Boarding her there in the future!

Camp bow wow south salt lake is amazing!! I had never used a dog boarding service before and was nervous leaving for as long as I did. Camp bow wow made it easy to enjoy vacation - from the easy interview process to the daily pictures online and dog cams to see my pup! Thank you everyone at camp bow wow for being so great.

Camp bow wow has been so nice and sweet to me and my dog Apollo. They welcomed him with open arms and encourage him to come out of his shell. I wanted a place for him to get exercise during the fall and winter months. But we will keep coming in the summer months as well! Apollo comes home tired and full of happiness every time I pick him up. Would definitely recommend!

My young Fox Terrier puppy was initiated into CBW when she was only 11 mo. I chose CBW for many reasons including a ringing recommendation by another day/night dog care company! The staff is always friendly and dote upon Tallulah. She is eager to spend the day with her furry friends.She actually whines to jump out of the car and runs to the door dragging me in tow. Haha! Activities and special treats are offered each day of the month. I love the variety of games and activities that are challenging. Kudos to the planning and consistent care offered by management. We are staunch patrons and will continue to be fans of Camp Bow Wow. ~AliciaT
