Before and after 😍😍 they did amazing body work. Looks brand new. They had amazing customer service. Very nice and always kept me in the loop. Went above and beyond to help me with my claim. 10/10 definitely recommend

I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision for all your collision repair needs. Their customer service is amazing. The front desk representative was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a stressful situation feel much more comfortable from the start. Leaving your car at a repair shop can be overwhelming, but I was reassured by both the front desk staff and my assigned appraiser that my car was in good hands. The appraiser took the time to clearly explain the repair process and made me feel at ease when discussing my car and what to expect. The communication throughout the entire experience was excellent. I had previously gone to Faulkner Collision and did not feel comfortable due to a lack of communication, but Caliber was the complete opposite. They made me feel relieved and confident knowing my car was being well taken care of. Very highly recommended!

Had my first experience at Caliber Collision in South Philly and it was top-notch from start to finish. Kate handled my service and delivered truly quality care the whole way through. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated, and the attention to detail in the work was fantastic. I genuinely appreciated how smooth and professional everything felt, and I’m grateful I had Kate as my rep. I will recommend this place to my friends and family, definitely.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. Kate was very helpful and informative when it came to helping and communicating with me regarding the repair status of my vehicle. She answered all of my questions and ensured that it was ready to be returned. The customer service team was also attentive when it came to the paperwork portion of my visit. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my car! After being rear-ended, I was worried it would never look the same again, but this collision center brought it back exactly the way it was before. The paint match is flawless, the bodywork is perfect, and you would never know it had been damaged. Not only was the quality of the repair outstanding, but Bri was also professional, communicative, and made the whole process stress-free. They kept me updated and delivered on time, which gave me peace of mind throughout.
