I would give zero stars if I could. On December 19th 2025, a large tree limb fell on my car. We reached out to Liberty Mutual and two days later the car was picked up by Caliber Collision. We were provided with a link to check the status of repairs. It was supposed to be a couple of weeks. Two weeks passed and there was no movement on the app (kind of understandable due to holidays), but we called to try and get an update. After a couple days we got a call back to say they hadn’t even begun to start on repairs because they could not start the car. Two weeks it sat there and we were not informed of this. After that, they told us we needed to replace the ignition switch. We agreed and asked that they replace it. Another two weeks went by and we had to call and wait again for a call back. We were told they couldn’t get the ignition switch to work even though they’d replaced it. The next day it was miraculously working. During this time we called Liberty Mutual to complain. After we did that, the updates came regularly. We spoke with our assigned rep and the manager and felt things had finally gotten on track. We were wrong. At this time, the city shut down for about two weeks due to ice and snow. I completely understand the car couldn’t be worked on then. The week we were promised the car would be ready, we called on Monday to double check. We were told the roof molding they received didn’t fit and that they were waiting on replacements.By that Friday they still hadn’t received them. At this point we agreed to pick the car up and go back for the roof moldings. This was a full 7 weeks after they obtained the vehicle. On Feb 6, we picked it up. The next week we took it back for the roof moldings to be added but in addition to that, all of a sudden the drivers window would not roll down. During the “repair” they messed up the window AND knocked off our cruise control button on the steering wheel. It’s now March 4th and they’ve just added that button back. I wish I could stop there but after all that, the roof moldings and windshield sealant are both coming undone. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car repair shop. Prior to picking the car up our rep said and I quote “It’s very important that I receive nothing less than a 100 on my review”. So not only did you have the AUDACITY to say that to me, you say it after you know you’ve done a crappy job with us. If a good review was so important, perhaps you should have treated us as such. At this point I plan to take the car to my own mechanic to have the roof moldings and windshield sealant properly repaired. I’ll have to pay out of pocket, but I would much rather do that than have to deal with this place ever again.

Best customer service I’ve received in a decade or more. Couldn’t be more pleased with the repairs to my car or how well the team at Calibre on Mount Moriah took care of me. Kudos to Jay and Jessica and the entire crew for a great job and such excellent personal service.

Patricia is great! Friendly and courteous. When she tells you that she will call you, she does just that. She kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the process. She established clear expectations from the beginning. I had an awesome experience with Caliber Mt. Moriah!

Absolutely great service. My favorite part was the alerts I got each step of the way. I didn’t have to worry about calling to check in because they constantly told me where they were in the process. Kellie was great and super sweet. Hope I don’t need to go back but I would definitely recommend!!

This place treated me like a friend & not a customer. A deer hit my truck and they took care of all of it, the estimate, the insurance stuff, even the rental. Jessica S. Was one of the nicest people there. She made sure I was well informed each and everyday about the process on my truck and it was done on time. If you a collision/ body work issue this is the place to go. The entire crew here was awesome start to finish. Thanks you guys, my baby has never looked better.
