Very friendly customer service! The service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time. My car looked even better than it did before.

Overall, I was unsatisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision South. The customer service was subpar, primarily due to the lack of communication throughout the repair process. I was not provided with any updates on the status of my vehicle and had to call the shop numerous times for information. Each time, I was told my service advisor would return my call, but he never did. Because my calls were not being returned, my father had to visit the shop in person on my behalf to find out what was happening and why there had been no communication. While I understand that delays can occur, I was not notified that my vehicle would not be ready on the originally promised date. Instead, I had to repeatedly call to learn that my car was still not ready. At no point did I receive proactive updates via phone call or text regarding the delay. The most disappointing part of this experience was the condition of my vehicle upon return. Although the repair itself was completed satisfactorily, my glove compartment had been completely emptied, and all of its contents were left scattered on the passenger-side floor. This included paperwork, CDs, and other personal items. This is completely unacceptable. If the glove compartment needed to be accessed during the repair, the contents should have been returned to their original place rather than left in disarray. Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for my personal property significantly diminished my experience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer care.

Took our vehicle here after an accident and they were quick, efficient and did a great job. Chris kept me in the loop at all times and our car was ready for pickup sooner than expected! Highly recommend.

i truly had a great experience with this caliber location. not only were the staff incredibly communicative, but they also did an amazing job on the repairs of my vehicle. any anxieties i had were put to rest, when i saw the final result. Chris was soooo helpful and pleasant to me throughout the entire process and i can tell everyone at this location cares about the needs of their customers! they even drove me down the street to enterprise so i could pick up my rental. whether or not they do that for everyone, i was grateful nonetheless. there are various caliber locations around the city, but id solely recommend this particular location!! everything was so thorough and organized, i was always updated with the status of the repairs through the link which was easily accessible and straight to the point. i’m incredibly pleased and impressed. Thank you again Chris, as well as the kind and helpful ladies upfront, who greeted me with a warm smile. they are truly a stand up group of people, who genuinely value doing their job. if i could give more stars i would
