The customer service was incredibly disappointing here. Joey told me that my car would be done the following week’s end, and it ended up taking a month for the repair to be completed. Amber was the bright spot of the visit, as she was always willing to leave notes on my behalf and give up updates (if any) when they came her way. It seems this company brings in cars for money with no regard of timeliness.

Absolutely the worst experience ever with a body shop ever. I normally deal with there other location in West Ashley but they are no longer in contract with my insurance company. Scheduled an estimate did everything and Joey kept giving myself and my insurance agent the run around to actually get an estimate sent in. 3 weeks of him telling both of us that he was “waiting on part prices it should be in that day and would have an estimate put in by the end of the day”. Guess what that never happened ever time he told us that. If you are already in a rental and want to waste your time be my guest. I highly never would recommend this location ever. The other location was very efficient and timely had service there was amazing every time.

I want to express my appreciation to Deirdre and Joey with Caliber Collision. On this cold and rainy Friday, late afternoon, my tire pressure light came on after hitting a 'repair plate' placed on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Not wanting to drive from Charleston to Summerville, not knowing if I would have a flat tire - I was concerned as to who could help me. My daughter was a recent customer of Caliber on Savannah Hwy. I took a chance and showed up without an appointment. Deirdre was welcoming as I walked through the door; while explaining my 'issue' - Joey came forward, asking for my keys and took my car 'around back'. Deirdre kept me company. In no time, Joey reappeared; all 4 tires needed air. An unplanned visit, became a pleasant experience! I was given peace of mind for my drive home! 5 Star Customer Service! Thank you for exceptional service!

This probably had to have been the worst experience ever. I was rear-ended in July 2023 and dropped my car off at this shop first week of August. Estimated time for repair was one month. After one month things kept getting pushed back and no one was calling me with an update. I had to call every week myself. Repairs kept being held due to techs calling off and a rivet gun being broken that was needed for the repair. The rivet gun was broken for about 2 months before they finally got one from another shop. No one would give me a straight answer during this time. I needed up reaching out to headquarters to help things get moving along. 4 1/2 months later I got my car back but noticed the trunk wasn’t on correctly and things just didn’t look right. I took it back to the shop beginning of February 2024. A few days later they told me my car is being deemed totaled. They found damage that was never addressed initially and additional cost would be more than the cars worth. If this was done correctly from the start my car could have been totaled from the beginning and I wouldn’t have to be waiting around for my car for 4 1/2 months just to take it back to find out it’s going to cost too much for additional damages found and considered totaled. I’m also a below knee amputee so driving a rental car was not easy for me and no one even cared when I brought that up to them. I drive with a special pedal in my car and the fact they couldn’t understand that to try to make things easier for me also bothered me. I do have a new car now and will never go back to this shop if I’m ever in another accident. Photos are attached from the accident and then after repairs are done or so they said.
