We recently brought my daughter’s car in for repair after a minor accident. The staff at this particular Caliber Collision went above and beyond to ensure that everything was repaired correctly. I can’t say enough about Helen, Allison and Paulo. I appreciate your kindness and would recommend them to anyone!

Had to pay repair out of my pocket. Bobby kept the estimate very reasonable and was able to schedule immediately. Follow up was fantastic ! Ten stars! Very friendly and helpful staff! I would use again!

From the time that I left the car there for repairs till the time I picked it up I received the most professional and best customer service. Helen explained step by step what would happen and follow through till the end. She made everything so smooth. It was a great experience. The car repairs also exceeded my expectations.

*Edit* The Regional Manager reached out to me to rectify the situation. He set me up with up with the Caliber at 10548 Atlantic Blvd. The team at that location did a better job. I would recommend that location. *I'm convinced half of the reviews are lies. Check out their Revoked BBB page. Also the "response from owner" means nothing. It's to make it seem as if they're trying to fix the situation.... they're not* The factory color of my car is Violet (but looks black in different lighting). Previous collision centers have ALWAYS been able to match my color correctly. I found it very insulting that they presented me with my car, and the colors did not match (twice). The color did not match the 1st time i went to pick it up, and it looked the same (maybe worse) the second time i went to pick it up. My car was scratched while in their possession, which resulted in them having to repaint my bumper and keep it longer. They had my car from 12/07/23 until 01/02/24 for minor damage to the number and still could not get it right. They have stated that they have done all that they could do to rectify the situation. I do not recommend them at all. The painter needs to be retrained. I would recommend Service King Collision (right up the road) and wish i would've gone with them. They were great. My mistake for going with them again. Two different cities Same Caliber, at least the last shop got it right with the color. Photos of damage, 1st (12/22)23) and 2nd (01/02/24) pick up. The color difference is insulting. I added a recent photo (Feb 2024). Still discolored still ugly.
