I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly efficient. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything seamless and stress free! The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and my vehicle looks absolutely perfect! You can tell this shop takes pride in doing things the RIGHT way and delivering. Highly recommend to anyone needing collision repair. Exceptional customer service and repair ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Caliber Collision has exceptional customer service and I found Technician Corbin to be very focused on performing the best job possible on my 2019 Jeep Compass which had been hit from the back. He not only repaired my vehicle, but also touched-up areas of matching paint around the bumper. Upon giving me the hard copies, Corbin also verbally relayed the repair process as he pointed out the areas of repair on my vehicle. I am satisfied with the results!

They just do windows not mechanical failures. I needed comprehensive insurance help through Allstate list of shops. They didn't do anything at all. They should stop monopolizeing with insurance companies. It's not a good faith exchange. Because most consumers are forced to deal with these schemes.

I would work with a backyard repair shop before choosing this location. Lack of professionalism and communication. Had my car 3 weeks. Go to pick it up and repairs were NOT complete. -10. I DO NOT recommend!
