The only consistently positive part of this experience was the front desk staff. They were kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help despite ongoing issues behind the scenes. The mechanical repairs from my accident were also completed correctly. Unfortunately, everything beyond that was extremely frustrating. I paid approximately $1,000 out of pocket for a paint job that was visibly incorrect in color and poorly finished, with scratches and buffing damage left behind. I brought the car back under Caliber’s advertised lifetime warranty expecting the work to be corrected. Instead, communication nearly stopped. Warranty work took over a month with very few updates, and completion timelines were repeatedly pushed back. I had to call multiple times just to get basic information about my own vehicle. When I finally received my car, the paint had heavy swirl marks and scratches that should not exist on a fresh paint job. Nearly the entire vehicle had been repainted without my consent, yet the roof was left untouched and no longer matches. My trunk emblems were also removed and never reinstalled. More concerning, my left blind-spot sensor malfunctioned after the repairs, creating a safety issue. When I returned to address this, I was confronted by Jason in a hostile and intimidating manner. He accused me of exaggerating my concerns, focused on my social media posts instead of the vehicle issues, and spoke to me in a passive-aggressive and unprofessional way in the lobby. The interaction was upsetting enough that I ended up crying. The front desk staff later apologized for his behavior, and the GM also apologized. Another shop later confirmed the blind-spot sensor was broken and required replacement and recalibration. Caliber did pay for this repair, and the issue has since been resolved. While I acknowledge that the front desk staff were excellent and that the sensor repair was ultimately covered, the poor communication, unauthorized work, cosmetic issues, and unprofessional behavior from management make this a location I would not recommend. I will not be returning.

Cameron is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are amazing. The process is amazing. The repair is amazing. Highly recommend this shop if your favorite truck of all time needs a repair. My 2018 Ford F150 single cab short bed 4x4 looks just like it did before I banged it up.

They did a very good job on my Hyundai Santa Fe actually made my vehicle look like new again.

Cameron was in constant communication, answered any phone call or question, and my car was returned beautifully before promised. The front desk ladies are so helpful, knowledgeable and really took care of me. If you’re on the fence of coming here or unsure of where to go, this is the place you want to be.
