Kudos to Tracy and the entire team at the Caliber Collision on Mortimer Ave in Baltimore, MD. My parents’ car had not one but two repair claims — front and back — and both Liberty Mutual and State Farm recommended Caliber Collision. Now I understand why. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We brought the car in, and just seven days later it was completely repaired. The communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the workmanship was excellent. The team even went above and beyond by returning the car not just clean, but detailed. That extra care meant so much. Thank you, Tracy and team, for turning a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend this location or anywhere you have a location.

Excellent Customer Service with Tracy and Jason and The Team at Calliber on Mortimer Avenue and Resisterstown Road. We are always treated like family and like we are cared about. Our car is always returned in too notch condition and we are kept updated on how the repairs are going. I have never been to a car repair place that is so warm and friendly and efficient as the service we receive at this Calliber Collision. I highly recommend this shop. They care about their customers and our car. We never go anywhere else even when offered to us. We say, Calliber Collision on Mortimer & Reisterstown Road. This Caliber collision location is absolutely the best! I’ve used them many times over the years and have always been impressed with them in every way. I’ve also recommended them to everyone I know and they’ve always been very happy with their work. Tracie, Mark and I believe Jason in the office went above and beyond keeping me informed about everything during the repair process. I knew them before they were Caliber. They were Mark’s body shop. Fortunately and I believe very smartly when Caliber bought them they kept the awesome employees who made Mark’s the great body shop they’ve always been. Their painter is nothing less than an artist! Their attention to detail is amazing. There’s a reason why people who know use this Caliber location. They are the best. They just repaired my Cadillac CT5 and I couldn’t be happier! We are once again grateful for the excellent work Caliber Collision on Mortimer Avenue in Baltimore did with our car. This was our second time having to bring another car in for repair after our car was hit on the front passenger side. As always when I contacted Caliber Collision the wonderful Manager Tracey who is always so upbeat and welcoming took the information and got us in for repair right away. I Love that lady she is always happy and greets you with a smile you can hear through the phone. Our car was repaired in less than the two weeks they had originally said it would take. Thank God because we were paying out of pocket for a rental car. When we got our (Baby) back she was as beautiful as ever. Looked like nothing had happened to her. What a wonderful and pleasant experience! First I have to mention the two service desk attendants Tracy and Jason who provided exceptional service and care throughout the process. My first time here for having my car hit and damaged. First Jason inspected my car and gave clear instructions on how the process will go once the estimate is complete and once I decide to drop my car off. The day I dropped my car off Tracy who has such a pleasant and great welcoming attitude assisted me with what paperwork needs to be completed and signed. I had a rental car that was supposed to be dropped off that day but for whatever reason it wasn’t. Again Tracy reached out to the car rental company and kept me inform what was going on. Unfortunately Tracy couldn’t get in contact with anyone so Jason offered to drop me off on his way out to get lunch. My car was done in within a week. Jason called during that time just keeping me updated on when the car would be ready and to my surprise they called, emailed and text me when my car was ready. When I came to pick up my car it was so clean I couldn’t believe it!!! I was surprised at the level of service Caliber Collision provided not only from Tracy and Jason but even the technician who repaired my car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Baltimore-Mortimer. Oh yeah they even buffed my headlights because the other one was damaged and repaired! They really wowed me!!!
