From the time you walk in- Marissa & Chelsea are at the front desk ready to serve your needs!! They are so compassionate and attentive to your questions. Marlena!! My service advisor!! Knows her stuff! I never met any of the mechanics but I could tell she works closely with the team as they do repairs! I was always updated on everything happening with my vehicle! CHOOSE CALIBER COLLISION! This team at Eubank is awesome! Thank you all! Oh and my vehicle looks brand new!

My 2019 Buick needed a face-lift due to an accident that took off the front bumper. I spoke with Kai, my cars service tech and he got the job done in a very timely and professional manner. Also, he shares the same love of music as myself. Caliber's staff was also very helpful and professional. My Buick is like new again. This company and it's services comes highly recommended.

great experience at calliber collision on Eubank rd. got into an accident driving through virginia and had to leave my vehicle down there to be fixed. They were always calling me with updates and doing the best they can to get it done quickly but done right. really appreciate their help and highly recommend. Kai especially was amazing.

I had a wonderful experience with my first and second visit at Caliber Collision at 4731 Eubank Rd. Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.

Caliber Collision made my car 2007 Scion tC look brand new again! They did a great job with the repairs and their customer service was outstanding. My car was clean (including my wheels) and finished before it was promised. Ask for Carla and Vicki and they will take excellent care of you!
