The staff was pleasant and totally professional and the service was top-notch with excellent communication throughout the repair period.! They went over everything that would be involved with me ahead of time and the repair was completed a day early! The car looks/drives great and I would highly recommend Caliber.

From the minute I took my car in to the time I got it back the customer service was amazing! I worked with Jonathan and during the whole process he called or text and kept me informed of what was going on. He was kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to work with him. I hope I don't have another car accident, but if God forbid I did Jonathan would be the one I'd want to work with a Caliber Collision

They are outstanding. The customer service is top notch. The communication is superior as they keep you in the loop, and the quality of their work is excellent. You can tell they care about what they do from the front desk, to those servicing/repairing the vehicle, and to those who give the vehicle a detail cleaning. They go above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!

An automobile stolen and damaged. We were treated first class. The process and expediency was high priority for Caliber Collision. The repairs were amazing. When we were able to pick up the car, it was in mint condition and clean. The staff, and in particular Josh were sympathetic and professional throughout the process. I've stayed in beautiful hotels that could not match this service. I'm so thankful đ for them. đ Thanks everyone. â¤ď¸

Managers are greatâextremely professional and caring. The front desk isn't as welcoming. The shops does good work though and will take care of you through the whole process.
