Had my car towed here after a bad accident. They take the time to talk to you and explain what is happening during the process and insurance. Had everything repaired beautifully and i would highly recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone! they do great work💯

My car came back in perfect condition. The customer service was top-tier, letting me know each step of the way what stage my vehicle was in. It even came back 2 weeks earlier than expected. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs.

If you need Repair work done write the first time and your insurance company works with them. I would highly recommend their services not only. Do they coordinate with the rental car company for you but also go above and beyond and everything that they do. I have been there at least seven times.

Had a great experience with Caliber Collision, and Katie was the reason why. I came in to get an aftermarket hood painted + install. She handled everything start to finish and made the whole process easy. All the parts were ordered correctly without me having to worry about it, and her communication was solid the entire time. She got me scheduled quickly and was intentional about not wasting my time. She had the hood painted before installation, which meant two visits, but the first one literally took about five minutes to paint-match the hood and saved a lot of time overall. On install day, she worked directly with the tech to make sure the finishing touches were right, had the car washed, and just stayed on top of everything. Great attitude, professional, and genuinely cared about the work and my experience. Car looks amazing. Couldn’t ask for a smoother process. Highly recommend.

I was rearended by a hit and run driver on 11/13/25. I needed a new bumper and some body work to the rear hatch door. very good experience. friendly people. work was done quicker than originally promised. vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. they vacuumed, wiped my windows, interior and dashboard. exterior was clean also. work appears to be satisfactory!
