I recently had my Ram 1500 repaired at Caliber Collision (University location) after it suffered extensive damage, including the need for a new roof due to vandalism. My experience with the team was nothing short of exceptional, despite the fact that my truck was in their care for a few months due to ordering issues that were beyond their control. From the very start, Michael was my main point of contact and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. His communication was timely and thorough, which greatly alleviated any concerns I had during such a lengthy wait. It’s clear that Caliber Collision values their customers, and Michael’s dedication exemplified that commitment. The professionalism and care exhibited by the entire team at Caliber Collision truly stood out. They handled the situation with empathy and expertise, making what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for their hard work and dedication. My truck looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They repaired my car in a few days, way faster than expected. Bianca was my coordinator and she kept me up to date with texts and was awesome when I came to pickup my vehicle. My bumper is as good as new!

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop after being rear-ended last month. Bianca was great to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly and called me with weekly updates. The quality of the work was great, and my car looks good as new. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs!

I was extremely satisfied with how much caliber collision put Into my vehicle, they went above and beyond on my repairs and fix additional self without me asking. The reason why I didn’t give them five stars was because although they will text a status update every 2 to 4 days I wish there was more detail involved or solutions regarding my decision when it came to a delay other than that great customer service. My vehicle looks phenomenal as much as I hope I never get an accident again they would be my first option to go to.
