Great communication from start to finish, very helpful in getting me to my rental car when Enterprise did not pick me up, and my car was fixed in the timeframe estimated. Kody updated me every couple of days. Highly recommend!

The entire team at Caliber was phenomenal to deal with. The accident happened 5 hours from home, and Jim kept us informed the entire time. We had an extensive repair on the truck and it looks incredible.

Came here to have a damage repair done, our insurance company required us to bring it to one of their “preferred partners” for an estimate and this was the one recommended. We weren’t satisfied with the way the work would be performed, our vehicle has a fairly deep scrape in the door and this shop would pound out said scrape and fill it in and paint over it. We prefer the door sheeting be replaced, it’s a vehicle that is only a few years old and we intend to keep it for a long time. So understandably we want it restored back to original condition, not bandaided over. So obviously we decided to go with an out of network shop that would do the work the way we preferred for the same cost we where quoted from this shop instead. Once caliber was made aware we would not be using them by our insurance company when they where requesting the estimate, they completely altered the the estimate making it significantly less than the paperwork they provided me with originally just hours prior and sent the lesser estimate to our insurance company so we don’t receive a full pay out. Causing us more headaches for an already crappy situation we’re in dealing with an insurance claim, actions they did that in no way they gained a thing from aside from being sour we chose to not use them for our repairs.

I will say this time it was a great experience. Got the jeep in and it was completed the following week. I was kept updated on the progress. Everything looked great! 2 years ago was with a different jeep was a little more frustrating being post covid. Parts were harder to get and took longer but the jeep came back looking great! I do recommend them!
