Caliber Collision

Absolute trash. No communication, no respect, no accountability, no skill. Received my car after 3 months in an $12k repair and it was missing a sway bar link, no alignment performed after extensive suspension work, tire was slashed, and bearing was not replaced when it needed to be. No apologies either, only sassy attitude. Another mechanic finished the work and said it should’ve been a $7k repair. Lied to me about where my car was, what was being done, why it was taking so long. Reported to BBB.

I received three different quotes from collision shops to repair my bumper. Caliber Collision was the only one that did not inflate costs or add unnecessary work. The representative I worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My car was completed a day earlier than expected. The work completed looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, their customer service was truly top tier. I was actually out of town when everything happened and had to have my car towed to their shop, which could have been stressful, but they immediately put my mind at ease. Communication was A1 the entire time. Joseph in particular was absolutely top tier. He kept me updated consistently and even FaceTimed me to do a full walk around of my car while going over specific concerns in detail. That level of transparency meant so much to me. And let me just say, my car came back cleaner than before. They went completely above and beyond and buffed my Benz. My baby came back shiny, spotless, and looking brand new. I was honestly shocked. To top it all off, my car was finished way earlier than the estimated completion time, which was such a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a collision center that truly cares, communicates well, and takes pride in their work, Caliber Collision in Buckhead is it. I could not be happier and highly recommend them.

Travis provided excellent customer service and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He consistently communicated updates, explained what to expect next, and made sure I always understood the timeline and status of my repairs. That level of transparency made the experience feel easy and stress-free. On top of that, my repairs were completed earlier than expected, which was a great bonus. Travis’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to customer care truly set him apart, and he’s a real asset to the Caliber Collision team.

If I could leave this shop 0 stars I would. I had to come down multiple times to get my car’s paint job constantly fixed and it seemed like my concerns fell onto deaf ears. I am not a professional but I could tell it was poorly done since my paint was bubbly, peeling, or just uneven in a lot of areas. There was also a lot of dust left inside my car from the work being done and they couldn’t bother to clean it. Multiple times I would come pick up my car and would have to return it back to the shop because of the poor work done. Not only had this been a great inconvenience but also frustrating, they don’t pick up phone called, or return your phone calls.
