I chose this rating because I had a roof claim.The adjuster came out and agreed the damage on the roof came from hail. He even met the roofer and t+hey discussed the damage.He then said the company will probably send out an Engineer to look at the roof. The Engineer came out and examined the roof and she stated it's not Hail damage. She stated it was probably from squirrels walking on the roof. I was floored! Your adjuster just said the day before it was Hail damage, now your saying it's not. The claim was denied. My homeowners insurance is paid on time all the time. Why am I paying insurance if damages are going to be denied when making claims.

Michelle ( Charleston) is excellent to talk with. She helps me because I'm always in a bind. She is always looking for the best deal and if she says that she will check on you to make sure every thing is alright, then she means it.We have been with CT. LOWDES for years now. I was with this company for 20 years Andover that timeframe the agent CS would only talk to me personally when I bought a new house,he then would quote me a price fir the rest of the time he turned meover to his assistant who handles all of my updates. CS never checked in with me to see had updates or changes or simply see I was alive or anything . Imoved bought another home now he wants talk to me? He gets the commission that’s why he wanted me to. I can’t stand an agent who sets in an office c,aiming to have your interest at heart and never checking in. His assisted Ashley was awesome . I changed agents this past month , thank the good lord I have an agent ( calls me direct) who cares . Do not go to CT Lowndes for service they don’t care or maybe the other agents do because mine sucked .

Customer service is bar none the best I have ever worked with on ANYTHING!!.Tami is a dream to work with with and she and Bill got me through my total loss house fire with minimal distress. Do not hesitate to use CT Lowndes for all your insurance needs you will to regret it
