They put you on hold and then hang up on you. Try to add my new car to my policy for 4 days now and they don’t answer or put me on hold just to hang up.

Jose Ojeda was wonderful to work with! Was able to get our process done very efficiently while explaining thoroughly our plans for our cars and any changes. Very comfortable and friendly environment as soon as you walk in.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! I have been in business for 10 yrs in a very high risk industry with nothing even close to resembling a claim and this is the most crooked company I have ever seen. I switched to a much cheaper company and magically, I have been contacted by a 3rd party agency to conduct an audit for 2 previous years on behalf of Burlington Insurance and am billed an “adjusted” premium a year after this policy was completed. They are still trying to squeeze money out of me even after we parted ways and move on. There are good, honest companies out there that actually care about their clients. This is not one of them! Thank the man upstairs we never had to make a claim with them knowing what we know now!
