I emailed about a stray cat my family had started caring for and he recently got injured. I found this place online and emailed them and received a reply from Amelia within a few hours. She was consistently prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Despite the storm, we were still able to get an appointment scheduled for today. Everything went smoothly. 10/10

I got my fur-ever friend here on dec 22 which is my birthday. This place, staff included are amazing. I currently dropped (maddie (use to be swannie) ) off for her surgery (amputation) . They take really good care of their animals. Staff is both attentive and friendly. They gave her a Christmas present last year and she loves it still. Def recommend this place. Find your FUR-EVER pet! Thank you again for my babygirl. She loves it here. And her and my other dog get along so well.

I met the love of my life at this beautifully kept shelter. She was just 4 weeks old then and she has made my life so bright ever since. She was a foster to Adopt because she was too little to be fixed. They offered everything I needed to take care of her and if I had any concerns at all they made sure she saw a vet ASAP! I have yet to meet anyone here who does not love what they do. I wish I had room in my home because I'd love to foster it even adopt another! Thank you for lighting up my world with my Pancakes!

I recently adopted two sweet boys from Burlington Animal Shelter. It was one of the best choices ever! They are the sweetest brothers, and I am so thankful I came across them. The facility is very clean and most of the staff was very nice and helpful. I have to give a special shout out and review to Chris. He as so extremely nice and helpful, he truly is a light and made this process even more joyful for me and my family. Thank you, Chris!!

I recently fostered Bruno for the weekend 9/26-9/29/25, he by far was the best dog, he never once barked,I still don't know what his bark sounds like, he was well socialized he was happy to see other dogs, and people, leash strained, house trained, didn't chew on anything in the house even when we left. He liked going for walks, however he would only do his business in the dog park! Unfortunately I could not keep him due to my heart issues, though I wish I could. I think he would do well with another dog so he had a play mate. He's pretty laid back, and loves to be pet. Animal services was great to work with. Pleasant and patient staff.
