Andy and Troy installed our furnace. They were friendly ,efficient. they answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend. Burkhardt heating and cooling . This is my third furnace with them. They have always done a great job.

We had issues with our heating thermostat. Carl was our service technician. He was courteous and attentive to our needs. He did a thorough inspection and repaired the issue. He also gave us some helpful recommendations for the future. Thanks - Carl! Burkhardts has been and will continue to be our choice for heating and cooling.

Not only did I not expect to get someone out to our house the next business day— Jake was amazing. Friendly, polite. After he inspected the furnace, he thoroughly showed us the problem and explained the options. Danielle, Elliot also have been great in helping us schedule installation. Price? A different local company gave us a new furnace quote for $2600 more.

Unbelievably good. I called 3 other HVAC companies and nobody else would get someone out tonight. Burkhardt had a tech to my house in about an hour. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I couldn't believe how quickly the issue was identified and fixed. The additional testing was also much appreciated. I never would have been able to do this myself and am glad I called a professional. The price was fair and worth it. I will be using Burkhardt for all my HVAC needs going forward. Now I just have to remember to schedule that routine maintenance...

I've been using Burkhardt for all my heating/cooling needs and they are a fantastic business. I get my furnace and central air unit tuned up periodically and I have to say, I really enjoy the service. I had Danny tune up my furnace and it was a smooth process. Great communication and timeliness! Definitely went above and beyond with my service! Highly recommend!
