I was a past customer of RMech for a new HVAC system a few years ago and had good experience so I reached out to Buckner’s, their merged partner. They (Carlos, Gideon, and Mike) were responsive, timely, and friendly. I appreciated the follow up call to get something addressed when I hadn’t yet found the time to call their office.

I had a leak on the pressure release valve of my water heater. Called Buckners and they sent Mayrel S out first thing in the morning. She called ahead of time and gave me an arrival time. She was very professional, and made sure to use her boot covers which I always appreciate, and got right to work. She gave a diagnosis and got me a price before starting repairs on the tank. Within an hour she was all done and the repair looks great. The new valve solder looks good and the new pipe she installed is a little longer and doesn't touch the tank like the original which is great. She even went above and beyond and picked up some trash in the cul-de-sac that had blown in from a neighbor before she left. I would gladly have Mayrel out to do any other plumbing work on my house. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

The service was professional from start to finish. This company is staffed with enough people to be able to quickly respond to your heating or cooling emergencies. My old system shut down completely and was in need of major repairs. They gave me immediate options. Even their sales rep, Mitzie, was very HVAC knowledgeable as a veteran to the company. She was able to quickly respond and schedule around my long work hours to go over the options and do a full site HVAC assessment. All of the technicians were certified professionals. No temps were involved. Buckner's was very transparent about who exactly would be servicing during the entire process. I was back up and running within a couple of days with a complete new high efficiency system. The install itself was completed in 1 day. I recommend Buckner's for all of your HVAC needs.

We were looking for a heat pump which is not that easy to find in the KC area but fits our needs. Buckner's was very knowledgeable on geothermal as well as air to air. We ended up going with the Ultimate Lennox 22 SEER variable capacity cold climate system. It is truly a remarkable setup. For the installation they were ready to go before we were able to have it done, still it was completed within a week of our accepting the bid. On the day of installation they sent a full team of 4-5 guys to cover everything from the electrical, ductwork, installation, and final testing. When it was completed they also took the time to answer all of my questions and to show me how to make it work the best for our needs. As a tech in another industry I can appreciate the knowledge and craftsmanship of the guys on this team. I am extremely happy every aspect of this job and highly recommend Buckner's.
