Buckner’s has been a very refreshing service provider to work with, a rare situation in this day and age. They provide a good service at a good price and don’t high pressure force the up-sales. Jacob K was our most recent tech and I can’t say enough good things about him! Super friendly, personable and engaging. Ask for Jacob if he’s available! I highly recommend Buckner’s!

Jacob showed up at our house timely to perform a regular maintenance review of our furnace. He performed, documented and clearly articulated to me the clean bill of health of our unit. We had a brief discussion on filter recommendations and he was able to provide thoughtful insight as to which filters would work effectively in my unit. I do appreciate all of the assistance I have received over the years from Buckner's and this visit was another extremely positive reflection of their professionalism.

A huge shoutout to our team of professionals that diagnosed our HVAC issue, walked us through choosing the best HVAC system for our home, and got it installed the next day in freezing cold temperatures. Jacob K, Mitzi, Jake, Ricardo, Tony, and Mayrel were the dream team. Highly recommend Buckner’s Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing.

We were so impressed by Tony N. and Caleb K. Both did an outstanding job in replacing our heater, including pipes, and humidifier. We really appreciated that they took the time to show us what they did and explain how everything works and answering our questions. I really appreciated the price. Because of Ian’s knowledgeable, thorough and patient approach we made the decision to replace our furnace with ease. Ian explained all of our options, gave us multiple quotes to choose from AND had us scheduled to install the next day. Considering it was December this was amazing news. He and his coworker showed up early, respectfully put on booties, and got to work. Installed successfully in a short amount of time! Cleaned up the workspace so that you would never even know they were there minus the blessed fact of warm air blowing out the vents! So grateful for Ian and Buckner's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
