Great experience from request for service through the electrical fixes that needed addressed. The woman that answered when I called was very friendly and helpful. Cole, the electrician was the same. Cole was professional and ensured the job was completed and I felt safe and confident when he left. I will be using this company in future for other services, as well. Very pleased with the pricing, too, and I would recommend Bryant based on my experience.

I am throughly pleased with the service that I received today with Lee. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to hassle me but he was upfront and honest about my repairs. I will definitely be reaching out to Bryant Heating & Cooling for any future home services!

Big shout out to service manager Shawn , service tech Jeff and installer Miguel. I put in a new Infinity hvac in Nov 2024. A couple of weeks ago our heat went out. Bryant sent people out 6 straight days trying to resolve the problem. Shawn the service manager came out on day 5 and 6. They replaced the motor , mother boards , sensors ,etc. System still would not heat. Shawn advised on the 6 th day he felt the problem was even though the unit was only a year old , the parts he was using were new parts and not communicating with the system. Shawn went the extra steps and contacted Carrier. After they discussed the situation they agreed to replace the total unit , inside and out. Zero out of pocket for me !! I have NO doubt I'd I had saved a few bucks and used a less reputable service I would still be asking for help. I have experienced this before, as I am sure many have. Our family has the newest Infinity system on the planet , we are super comfortable. I encourage everyone to consider Shawn and his team when needing HVAC assistance. Thanks again !! Jeff

Fantastic service by Bryant installing my tankless hot water system. Responsiveness was excellent and the team (Sean, Chris, and Lee) who installed my system were top notched professionals. Will definitely do business with them again.

I own multiple properties, so I’ve had considerable experience with HVAC companies over the years. David with Bryant is by far the most knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and professional technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. He managed to educate me and correct an airflow issue I’ve had in my home, causing considerable discomfort for years. Even the company that originally installed the unit couldn’t tell me how to fix the issue. Thank you, David!! Highly recommend!
