I started out having Brown come out 5-5 2026 and check for a leak. Kevin came out and found the leak and determining a plan. I asked if we could add in changing out the hot water heater. Kevin worked up the price and I thought it be a few days to get on the schedule. After agreeing on the price, Kevin said a crew would be out within an hour to start the work. I was shocked, but extremely happy. Matt was out within an hour and started changing the hot water heater, which was going to be the bigger of the two jobs. Matt worked extremely hard and kept me in the loop of his progress. Once he finished, Matt told me that Kevin was coming back to help him finish the leak. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were. They knew exactly what they needed to do. They both were very personable and respectful of my home. Kevin was awesome! The whole process was a great experience. I booked an appointment online, received communication back very quickly to get everything confirmed. Kevin arrived early after calling to see if it was ok to come ahead of schedule. He was super friendly, professional, and very efficient! I will be using Browns again!

Edit: Me again! I had 2 guys from Brown come out to my place today to handle repairs. Matt was just as awesome as Robby; I'm definitely a happy (and will at some point be, I'm sure, a returning) customer. He got here right in time, took a little less time than anticipated to fix all the things, and was super kind and walked me through anything I had questions about. 5/5! Give these guys a free lunch or something! 😁 Very happy with Brown for plumbing issues like we had today. Highly recommend. Robby was amazing! He was super kind and nice and patient, and even helped keep my dogs at ease. I feel he was also honest with me about the states of things needing to be addressed. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars! I can not praise Brown enough. From start to finish they really took care of us. Joe, was so patient as we decided if this was the right move for our house. Jason and his full team yesterday worked so hard. They worked straight through lunch to get our new unit up and working for our family. I felt very taken care of and would recommend working with them. Look at all the people who showed up to get this work done! Thank you Brown!
