Terrible agency! They let my policy lapse. Specifically Gary Williams. I asked for adjustments to make the policy cost effective & they failed to call me back in timely fashion. I got on top of this 3-4 weeks before policy was due. Stay away from this company . And they can lookout for an LDI complaint.

Very good so far. Mr. Brody has great communication and any questions I have I can always get in touch him. Even if I have to shop around I'll always reach out to this agency first.

My experience with Brightway Insurance Insurance was that of friendliness, professionalism, and very satisfying. The insurance agent, Mr Williams was very helpful and met my needs tremendously. I highly recommend Brightway Insurance Company.

Just signed up with Brightway, and if they are as good as thier workers it should be good. I want to thank Brody Ardoin for all he did in helping us find new insurance for our home. So if yall need home insurance or car insurance give brightway a call and ask them to send you to Brody Ardoin he will fix you up. Thanks Brody
