I work directly with Sheila Valerio on a few accounts and I can’t express how happy I am with the service she provides. Always responsive, answers any questions I have, assists me with all my potential losses, renewals, the list goes on and on. 10 out of 10!!!

Our family feels so lucky to have Bouvier -- and specifically Katie -- taking care of our insurance needs! She proactively seeks out the best options for our policies, and is so easy and fun to talk to. In this complicated world, where so many companies have cut back on personalized service, we have a deep bond of trust with Katie and Bouvier, and recommend them without reservation.

I have used Bouvier Insurance for over 10 years. Over my lifetime I have used a number of insurance agencies that were decent, but none of them can hold a candle to the level of customer service Bouvier has provided. Every representative I have ever dealt with at Bouvier has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Without a doubt Bouvier provides the best customer service I have ever had when dealing with a business, especially the representative that I have worked with the last few years, Marie Semino. Thank you Bouvier and Marie, you are the absolute best at what you do.
