I had an absolutely awesome experience at Boston's Groomer. They do such a thorough job, taking their time to meticulously go through every step of their grooming process, while also paying close attention to the comfort and happiness of your pet. From the time you walk through the door, you can really see how much they care for each dog, as if they were their own.

if I could give 100 stars, I would. My three dogs have gone to Jenna and followed her from location to location until she was able to own/open her own spot here. She is thorough, kind and loving. My first dog was nearly 2 decades old with multiple issues and she was the only one I trusted him with. Now, years later, again - I only trust her with my two elderly pups. She is well worth the wait and well worth the cost. The dogs always come out looking clean, spiffy and smelling great. She also doesn't judge because i'm a horrible hair-dog person during the in-between... woops.

Took our mini poodle there for his first cut since we adopted him and Reagan did a great job! Somehow he looks even cuter than before. Prices on par for the area. We will definitely be back!

Jenna and her staff are incredible. They groom my St Bernard . He always looks amazing when we pick him up.

Jenna has been grooming my Wheaten Terrier (Lucy) for a few years now. Jenna is great and Lucy always looks perfect! Lucy doesn't love baths or grooming in general, but when I ask her if she "wants to go see Jenna" she gets very excited. I feel like that's all you need to know! Dogs know people, and Lucy loves Jenna.
