I have insurance coverage for my 2011 Toyota Prius. I appreciate VALUE for goods and services I consume. It is well known that State Farm is not the least expensive service provider. For me, value is a combination of cost vs. benefit. I feel that State Farm's claim procedure makes the benefit of their services makes their cost to me worthwhile. It provides me reliable and consistent process to deal with auto collisions, I don't need to worry about being treated fairly.

Ben Carr and his staff have been great to work with around insurance, which can be very stressful to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable and unfailingly responsive to my requests for information, discussion and questions, and always professional and attentive to my concerns over the years. Ben and Philip are both a pleasure to deal with.

I had an excellent experience working with Philip at Ben Carr State Farm Insurance. What really stood out was that he proactively reviewed my auto policy. Given my mileage driven, he helped get my premium lowered by approximately 50% without me even asking. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. Philip was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and genuinely stress-free. It’s clear Ben Carr State Farm is focused on doing what’s best for the clients, not just selling a policy.
