I had the chance to work with Ed, and let me tell you it was a pleasure working with him. He was responsive, competent, and reliable. I was in a rush to set up my home owners insurance due to upcoming closing date, and he expedited my request and was able to work through my needs accordingly. Would definitely recommend.

We've been working with Mary Hodges at BIG for a few years now and she is the absolute best! We found BIG after a terrible experience with another insurance company and could not be happier with them. Mary is so sweet and helpful and always takes the time to explain things and is good at finding ways to help us save money. The few interactions I've had with her colleagues have been excellent as well. I highly recommend working with BIG and Mary!

I worked with Holden Knecht at BIG to purchase my home, earthquake, and auto coverage. Holden presented me with several options and was extremely helpful throughout the process.
