I have been going to Bavarian Collision for years and would not trust another shop with my cars. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done right and that I am completely satisfied every single time. The level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail is unmatched, and you can truly see the pride they take in their craftsmanship. It’s rare to find a business that delivers this kind of quality and customer care year after year. Most importantly, they are honest, something that is rare in the auto industry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-tier collision repair.

The paint didn’t match all the way (straight black vs black sapphire) , I was told they could match the exact color. Had I known they could not, I would’ve taken the car elsewhere. Additionally, just be on it with them. I found they took longer to “finish”, as I called a few times past the estimated date. Upon receiving my car, it had more miles on it than when I dropped it off. Enough miles that it was driven for a few days. I suspect they were enjoying my car for a couple of days, rather than letting me it was done. It was an alright job. Had my car been solid black, it would’ve been a good job. However, they did a good job on removing the scratches/dents. Price was fair. All in all, I’d go back for a car that doesn’t have any metallic or multi-dimensional color.

I took my 1996 bmw in for a window repair and i just wanted to say Jabari (The owner) and his team are some of the nicest and hard working car repair guys out there. His tech stayed after hours just to get my car done in th same afternoon. So I would highly recommend using these guys for your next repair job!!!!

If you have to make a choice, choose Bavarian Collision. Omar and his body & trim team was not only professional but did a superb job. Great communication, completed in a timely fashion, and gave me a great deal, cheaper than the estimate as I did not go thru insurance to get work done.

HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY! You don't have to worry about being in good hands with Omar and his team, because YOU ARE. The communication was top notch, and they made sure to update me with the repairs of the car. Omar was very professional and gave me an honest breakdown/estimate of how much it would cost to fix my car. I have to mention again that his team are trustworthy, because he actually decreased the estimate upon discovery that certain parts were no longer needed for the repair. I know that is important for many of us when we bring something as valuable as our car to get repaired and not feel like we are being taken advantage of. The pictures tell the story. The car looked BETTER than before the collision, and they took the time to detail it as well. Talk about top of the line customer service. If you ever get into a collision, I highly suggest that Bavarian Collision be your first option. You wont be disappointed! I'm very grateful for this Body Shop. Thank you Omar!
