Yes, I highly recommend-love Barnett Insurance agency! Lisa and Keith are beyond wonderful. Both are honest and professional. Customer service friendly always- never experienced less. Listened to my insurance needs, ask and answered my concerns in detail. I’ve been a customer over 20+ and knowledge of the insurance world becomes uncomplicated with Barnett insurance Agency! Thank you is not enough- it’s the trust!

I love being a customer of Barnett Insurance. It's so nice to talk to real human beings on the phone. Every time I call, whoever I speak to gives me a wealth of information for whatever question I have. I have learned more about insurance from these guys than I ever would normally. I have 100% confidence in these guys to give me the best insurance advice and service than any other company. I'll be using Barnett probably til I die. LOL

I have had quality auto and renters insurance through this company for several years and have always been impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism. This week I have been dealing with a new property management company and I had to make a couple of frantic and time sensitive phone calls to the Barnett Insurance office. I so appreciated their prompt response to my requests

It was over the weekend when I was caught off guard by my policy renewal, and the new amount. I sent an email and Lisa quickly responded, even though it was o Saturday. She quickly took care of me by looking for.a better deal with a different ins. company. We've been with Barnett Ins. Agency since 2009 and they've always been quick to respond, helpful, friendly, and gone an extra mile. 💯 would recommend working with this agency.
