B Street Collision Center on Dodge St. is a first class auto repair facility. They provided excellent service on my 2020 Ford F-150, provided timely communication and completed my repair in an expeditious manner. I highly recommend!!!

Terrific service! Vehicle drop off was scheduled quickly. Shuttle to Enterprise from shop made getting rental car convenient. Estimated was done on less than 48 hours and I was given target completion date. B St kept me informed about the status of my repairs regularly so I never had to wonder. Repairs were done on time (actually a day early). I was able le leave my rental car right at the shop making picking up my vehicle easy. Repairs were done well and car looked good as new. The lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind too. Highly recommend B St.

Updated Review I’d like to update my previous review after BStreet Collision resolved the issue. After the manager, Brent, returned from vacation, he personally contacted me, acknowledged that the suspension problem had not been repaired correctly, and immediately scheduled my car back into the shop. Once the vehicle was inspected, they identified the issue, replaced the damaged parts the very next day, and ensured the repair was done properly. Brent also gave me a ride home and delivered the car back to my house after the repairs, which I truly appreciated. I also want to note that the body and paint work from the beginning was excellent and looked great. While the initial experience was frustrating due to the unresolved mechanical issue and lack of communication, I do appreciate that BStreet Collision ultimately took responsibility and corrected the problem. Their follow-through after the fact showed professionalism and accountability.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt obligated to make one with the experience I had with B Street of West Dodge. My vehicle was hit while it was parked and there was a lot of complicated things with the insurance company… they were very communicative, helpful, and informative on what to do. I have never been in an accident before and had to deal with this- their expertise to help guide me on what to do really made it a great experience! Once they started fixing the car it only took about two days for them to complete & my whole interior of my car was cleaned! Also the work they did looks amazing (photos attached- ignore the little dent on my trunk, that was there previously to the accident), I would definitely recommend them!!
