I have not had service this excellent, or anywhere close to as good, in a very very long time. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will refer ANYONE who needs Auto Glass of any kind. I wanted to replace the rear window of my daughter's subaru legacy because when we purchased it used, the rear window had a TERRIBLE tinting job on it that I could not remove myself. Auto Glass Experts was referred by a friend to me. I am SO grateful for their excellent service and care - within 20 hours of me calling, they had my rear window replaced. What an amazing business they run, by very caring & respectful individuals! Thank you Auto Glass Experts!

I had a horrible experience with safelite and thankfully I ran out of the appointment and immediately looked for another company. I contacted VW of gastonia and asked if they did auto glass replacement, they did not. However, Auto Glass Experts is who they reccomended. Just like the quality service I expect to recieve at my home dealership I was given here. Chirsty answered all of my questions and ensured all of my insurance paperwork cleared so I was ready to go. I double booked to save some fuel and time. Stopped in at the dealership for oil change and filter, plus a quick check for my ADAS system. Once the dealership cleared the car for the windshield replacement I shuffled over to Auto Glass Experts. I got there right at lunch. Most of the staff was out. I was greeted by a tech who took my keys and let me know they were finishing up a job then they would pull my car in. The waiting area is exceptionally big and very well taken care of. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax. They have tea, coffee ,and filtered water. Lego play table for the kids and 2 family style bathrooms with door locks. Every tech has Dupont certification. While windshield repair is not exactly a fast service they made sure to get me in and out. Drove home and after the 48 hour period I cleaned my windshield and found a few knicks on the passenger side of my windshield. I have not driven the car more than 150 miles since the replacement so I do not believe I picked them up between the repair place and home. But since they are not on the vision area of the windshield Im not overly concerned. I also found a manufacturer inclusion defect over the manufacturer logo on the windshield. Not sure if it will cause an issue later but we will find out. The service and demeanor of the staff was awesome if I ever need any auto glass repaired I will be back here for sure.

They did a great job from the time I called to picking up my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and they did the rest. They also cleaned up all the glass as well.

The entire Auto Glass Experts team made my windshield repair very easy and seamless. I was able to text their company and set up a mobile appointment for them to come to my work office and repair chips in the windshield. Everything was easy from simple communication to being alerted that my technician, Joshua P, was on the way. Easy, simple payment options as well. Thank you for keeping my family safe in our car!
