Associated Insurance is by far, hands down, the BEST agency for business owners. Heather Franstead is always there for us when we need help with additions or changes and is quick to turn around a product that best fits our needs. Heather and her team come highly recommended for risk management and making sure you have the coverage you need to protect you and your company.

I have been using Associated for a few years now. I felt inclined to write this review as I’ve been hearing horror stories about business insurance lately. Our renewal just came up and I’m thankful to say that the team at Associated has always been so knowledgeable about coverage and making sure we have the right policy for our business needs. Caitlin, Jordan, and Haylee have always made sure we are taken care of and it feels personal and less like we are a number and I really appreciate all they have done for us. It’s nice to still have that small business feeling and being able to have a dedicated team that knows our business.

I have been using AIS for at least 6+ years for home, auto, and property insurance for our rental properties. We also get our commercial general liability and umbrella coverage through them. I started with Emily Koleno as my point of contact and am now with Cathy Tarpley. The level of service they offer is excellent. They just take care of our rather extensive needs without any hassle on my part whatsoever. They also very promptly and helpfully respond to questions. Frankly, I trust them so much, I don't even pay attention to insurance (or even paying the premiums, which they can set up for me). Pricing is also excellent. They are independent agents, so they are not captive to any carrier. I know they are getting me good rates so I don't have to worry about shopping around. I am a commercial attorney. I refer every one of my clients to AIS for insurance that AIS provides, including small businesses.

Their agents are professional, responsive, and always accessible. No crazy phone system but real people answering the phone and assisting! Great group and good people!
