Ashley Thomas was exceptional to work with! We inquired about having our current home and auto policies reviewed to see if better rates were available! Ashley’s response time was so quick and the process that followed was extremely efficient! Within a day or so, she was able to provide us with insights and I information for us to consider! She made the process seamless! Within three days, we had our policy cost-effectively upgraded to include some coverage we were missing! Thank you so much, Ashley, for taking such great care of us!

Ashley is outstanding to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made thoughtful coverage recommendations that I would have otherwise missed. Her attention to detail and genuine care make a big difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent who truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. Even if you think you’re fully covered, I encourage you to reach out and allow her to review what you currently have in place. She found gaps in my coverage I never expected. Ashley is truly in a league of her own
