Erica Gonzales is the reason for this 5 star outstanding rating. She has been an outstanding point of contact for my insurance needs even when she was working with AMS's predecessor company. Now that she's with them, she's still excellent. Great communication, prompt service, and answers all questions thoroughly. She has bailed me out a couple of times with prompt pursuit of insurance issues, and I will follow her with whatever company she works with. Currently, that's AMS
