I really appreciate how transparent you guys were from the start. As soon as I pulled into your parking lot Casey was already out there assessing what type of damage and work was needed for my car. He brought us inside and introduced us to the kind lady in the front and their dog. Sat us down and literally showed us some of the parts that were needed to repair my vehicle. Gave us our estimate which seemed 100% reasonable and we were on our way. Less than a month later we already had our car back looking better than it did before. Within that period of time that our car was at your shop we were constantly being updated with what you guys planned on doing next and the condition of our car. The professionalism and hospitality is unreal. Thank you to Altra their staff for making my unfortunate situation a lot less stressful.

Ive always gone to another collision center, but insurance changed, so I chose this one based on the reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I had an amazing experience with Casey. he’s awesome and I highly recommend this place. They were excellent in sending me texts with updates and called when it was done. Family owned and super flexible. They did an excellent job, and the customer service was outstanding and super friendly and welcoming. Casey was super honest and fair. This is definitely my new place to come. And you’ve gotta love his dog… she’s absolutely adorable! 🐶✨

I have a 2012 Camry and the spoiler had to be reconnected. It was completed in less time than originally thought. Then I was on the freeway and heard an awful noise. And it continued. Reaching my destination it was discovered the spoiler was loose again. I didn't want to drive over an hour wondering what could happen. Luckily where I was the gentleman was able to remove it. I was definitely stressed over the whole incident! Wrote a quick review expressing my dissatisfaction! Brock called me first thing in the morning. Things happen. Brock and his team fixed the issue and did extra in connecting my bumper in a secure way. I will definitely tell anyone about Altra and the courteous professional service they provide.

There is nothing worse than getting into a car accident (especially over the Holiday's). My first phone call was to Altra Collision. They arranged for a tow truck for me too! At Altra you will receive exceptional service. Period. I dealt with the Owners…Kelly, Casey & Roger! They could not be more helpful, caring, communicative, & efficient throughout the entire process. Although I knew it was impossible, they got my car back to me one week! Best Christmas present ever! Their professionalism & quality of work is unsurpassed!! Thank-you Altra! My car was towed to Altra collision and was unfortunately a total loss. Altra was very kind & professional throughout the process. I was referred by my father who had 2 vehicles repaired and nothing but rave reviews!! Highly recommended!
