Amazing experience with Allston Collision Center! The staff is so kind and easy to work with. Abel helped me out and was able to fulfill my request of completing the work on my car while I was away! They also cleaned my car inside and out which was a lovely surprise. Big thank you to Allston Collision and couldn’t recommend them more

Highly recommend this repair shop! Able and Paul were very easy to deal with and they took care of my son's car repair while he is in Boston attending college. They communicated every step of the way and got the work done in the exact time they said to allow for. Super nice people and the car looks great!

Paul, Ava, and Abel are the absolute BEST! I was in a minor fender bender and brought my car in for repairs, and they handled everything for me. They spoke directly with my insurance company to handle payment, booked a mechanic to fix an additional part they noticed was broken, and they coordinated my rental car to use while my car was with them! They even negotiated the price of a new part I needed down for me. The whole team is so kind and so helpful. Everyone on the team could explain exactly what was going on with my car at any time, so I was always informed about what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend Allston Collision Center whenever you need auto work done!

I am so incredibly grateful to have called Allston Collision Center after my vehicle was damaged. As someone who carries a lot of anxiety and did not have much experience dealing with insurance and vehicle repairs - I was incredibly daunted by the process. However, when I got in touch with Paul and the team I was immediately at ease seeing how kind, professional, and knowledgeable they were. Abel and Ava both were so helpful throughout the whole process, it’s clear they both are invaluable members of the team. When I brought my car in, I was very worried - I had incurred more damage and was unsure how to proceed. That day Ava walked me through every step, answered my many questions with expertise and care, and advocated for my Subaru (which I did not want to lose!) - to ensure I would be able to get back on the road with it soon. I genuinely cannot recommend Allston Collison Center enough. My car looks brand new! I think it’s cleaner now than it was when I dropped it off. I was positively beaming when I picked it up today. I was confident my vehicle was in the best possible hands and I was absolutely right.
