Allstate Insurance: Burlington-Oakville-Waterdown Agency

Awful! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Just renewed my insurance and it’s so incredibly high. When I called they said it’s because I got a ticket 3 years earlier I now have to pay 30% more? Never had a claim in 40 years but now I’m paying more for a small ticket I got 3 years earlier? Allstate Rep very dismissive and said I just have to pay it. update: I tried to contact an agent at the Burlington/Oakville-Waterdown Office like I was told in Allstate's response to my review. I emailed all 11 of the agents that were listed and got the same message, that "the agent could not be reached at this time". Although I wasn't interested in looking over my policy for the 4th time, contact with an Agent rather than Customer Service would have been nice.

Jasraj Singh and Sunny Sidhu Burlington office did my Auto and Home insurance with App to download for the discount. I have two Cars, one on individual and one on Company name and two different policies and download two Apps. After one month Jasraj told me that Uninstalled one App and you will get discount on one app for both cars. I uninstall one App and my premium increased .Now he did not pick up my phone and I am paying tomuch. So don't take insurance from Jasraj and Sunny.

Was able to get a policy all setup from a great advisor named Dean, who handled everything for us with ease and politeness. The rate started out at one price and somehow he kept getting it down which with 3 kids it absolutely is a blessing. With that too was able to beat out everywhere else we were looking price wise which again can’t ask for anything better! The policy has everything we need and the price is right i don’t know what else you can ask for. Thanks again Dean!
