Worst customer service ever. Valerie is very disrespectful ,rude and she gave me the run around. Don’t trust her she is a compulsive liar. Save yourself a headache and the stress by going somewhere else. Waste of money and time! As of date 03/4/26 I’m still being charged for insurance that should have been cancelled almost two months ago. This is a very real experience, I have messages from her. I will be seeking a lawyer. She refused to cancel so she can steal money. I have insurance somewhere else please stop this already. The worst experience ever. Stay away!

I needed commercial auto insurance like tomorrow. Also, It was late on Friday afternoon. Rainy was my broker and she was fast, kind, and she shopped the markets and within an hour gave me the best possible rate the markets offered with the effective date I needed. Thank you Rainy. You are great to work with. Truly.

She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
