All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical

Called in the night my A/C and they had someone out to see me the next day. Kyle, our technician, was fast and efficient. Good explanation on findings and not too pushy with upsales but honest in recommendation of urgent needs which I appreciate working in a similar industry. Would definitely recommend this group based on this visit.

David was such a breath of fresh air after all we’ve been through to determine why we had a hole in our ceiling. He found the issue was our roofing very quickly, after other service providers failed, and he answered all our questions, even offering suggestions. He was really patient, understanding and empathic which was very much appreciated. We’ve used Allstar before and each time was a smooth process. Highly recommend!

I had multiple people from the same trades come out and meet with me, by far Ed seemed the most honest. After the visit, he continued to answer my questions until we scheduled. After scheduling, he still answered my 50,000 questions. The work was completed, the guys even vacuumed after finishing. Comparing To the competition, the competitors wanted me to hire someone else to do certain aspects of the word, This company had various trades in the team that completed the work so it was a one stop shop. In pricing, they were also the best priced compared to the competition (and remember they did the full scope of work whereas other companies said I needed a carpenter and other trades). Honestly I highly recommend this company for ease of doing business, price, and trust. My new tankless hot water heater was installed yesterday, 12/21/25. If we have any issues I will come back and update this.

We moved to the Houston area about 3 years ago and have been using All Star for all our AC and plumbing services. Every tech has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and quick in getting issues diagnosed and jobs completed. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable for the quality of work they perform, which is always a major plus. Our thermostat went out and today, our tech Kyle came by and quickly diagnosed the issue, performed some maintenance, and was very kind, friendly, and informative when explaining the issue he found and service he performed. I highly recommend this company on all fronts.

The people at All Star A/C, Heating & Plumbing did a great job, and I am very impressed with the hard work they did. I had my AC unit replaced and Ed said they could replace the system for a reasonable price. The installers came the very next day bright and early in the morning. There were some wiring issues, but the workers said they would have it fixed that same day. I am satisfied with the work they did and can tell the people at All Star A/C will go the extra mile to make sure their job is finished and done right.
