Absolutely could not have had a better customer service experience! My wonderful agent Sherman was outstanding and provided more resources than I intended but definitely needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend. And ask for Sherman! Lol

I just got an Erie auto insurance policy with Shervin today. He was super friendly, helpful, and efficient! I haven't had to process any claims through Erie yet, but it seems like Shervin will be very responsive and easy to communicate with.

My experience with All Insured was the best! Shervin was funny, honest, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did I feel any pressure and he did his best to answer all of my questions. I felt like we became friends by the end of our conversation. If you’re looking for reasonable rates Shervin is your guy.

I'm in the process of buying my first condo and quickly become overwhelmed and confused when I tried to search for a policy on my own. With Shervin's help, the process was as simple as hitting the easy button! Shervin is incredibly professional, responsive, and kind, and walked me through the whole process A to Z to ensure there weren't any gaps and helped me understand the ins and outs of condo insurance. He also worked directly with my bank to make sure they had the right documents for the mortgage package. I highly, highly, recommend Shervin to anyone with insurance needs!
